Spirit Circle does NOT SPAM!! But there are many out there that believe that we do. Why is this? Let me explain. There is a class of people out there who have absolutely no respect or concern for anyone or anything else, as long as their own goals are being met. If their actions ruin someone else's reputation, their finances or their ability to function productively, well, too bad. But they may have gotten some of what they wanted, so to them, that is great!!
What does this have to do with Spirit Circle and SPAM? In many countries, including the US, SPAM is illegal. So to protect themselves, when they send out their garbage, they do not use their own email address. Rather they spoof another email address. This in itself is bad enough. But they often pick an existing domain, like Spirit Circle, add a prefix and send it out. Some real examples of this are: How do I know of these illegal usages of our domain name? It is simple enough. When an email is sent to a nonexistant address, or to a mailbox that is full, it is returned to the sender. That means that any undeliverable SPAM comes to me. So if you receive a commercial email that seems to have come from us, we did not send it. We do not send any commercial email at all.
